Depatch Policy & Livestock Availability
Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that all items and livestock shown on this website, advertising or promotional literature are in stock, we offer no guarantee of availability and this electrocnic publication does not constitue an offer for sale. Goods purchased on line are normally despatched within 48-hours. If we are unable to despatch your order within 7-days, we will contact you by email with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.
Prices and Tax
The price for online goods does not include postage unless specifically stated. The charges for postage and packing are shown in the checkout once you have entered the Country and method of delivery before you are asked to confirm the order. The price you will pay will include VAT for all deliveries within the EU. Delivery to non European Countries may result in import duties payable upon receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties.
Cancellation and Return of Goods (Excludes Livestock)
If you are not satisfied with the goods, you have a right to cancel the contract, return the goods and either receive a full refund of your monies or replacement goods providing that the goods have not been used and are still in their original packaging. The returns policy only applies to goods which are returned within 14 days of purchase. The information on how to cancel and the cancellation form will be sent with any good purchased online, together with the postal details of where to return the goods. Please send an email to us before you return the goods to inform us that you are returning the goods and why. Following the return of the goods please retain the receipt of posting.
Return of Livestock
We do not accept the return of any livestock once they have left our premises.
The colours of goods and livestock shown on this site, or on any of our literature may vary slightly, due to limitations of browser software, monitors and printing equipment.
All confidential information including credit card details are held securely and are only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising from your use of our website, your purchase of livestock, your visit to our premises, including your vehicle and your belongings and any other people that you may bring with you (including their vehicle and their belongings).
Sale of Livestock
We endeavour to make every effort to ensure that our livestock are healthy and we take appropriate steps to ensure that we comply fully with DEFRA and BioSecurity guidelines (see Biosecurity page). We are not responsible for the health of livestock after the livestock are sold and leave our premises. We do not accept the return of any livestock after they have left our premises. We will however do our utmost to give you as much follow up advice and guidance after sale as possible, but for expert advice, please seek advice from a Vet.
The Contract will be governed by the Laws in England and Wales and the parties of the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
None of the above Terms and Conditions affect your Statutory Consumer Rights
We hold personal information only in accordance with the Data Protection Act. We only use the information collected about you lawfully.
We only collect information about you for the purposes of fulfilling the requirement of an order and to provide you with the best possible service.
